legally recognized structure for foreign ownership in Mexico's restricted zone. It grants
full beneficial ownership: the right to sell, lease, improve, or transfer. Renewable
and transferable. Title transfer handled by a licensed Mexican notary. Closing typically
takes 30–90 days after contract execution.
